Simple answer: It varies…

If you would like to receive a time estimate upfront for a specific project, please book a call and we can talk through your needs and how we can help.

For landing pages, we can often complete design and dev in around 2 weeks, depending on the complexity and custom assets needed. For an informational service site or large collection e-commerce site, it may take upwards of 1-3 months.

‍Some of the factors affecting the time are:

  • How many pages do you need?
  • Is it an e-commerce site?
  • How complex is the site design you want?
  • Do you want animations or illustrations?
  • Are there unique features required?
  • Is the content already written or are the assets made?
  • How fast are you with your feedback?

We only include copywriting services in our Landing Page builds and Conversion Optimization management plan, as it’s an integral piece to optimizing your site.

For other new websites and management plans, copywriting is an add-on service that will require an additional cost, however we offer it at 30% off for new websites.

Just a friendly suggestion: having your content ready upfront helps things move along quickly and gets the project done sooner.

While we do include the cost of certain premium plugins, the cost of hosting and domain registration is not included in our plans. Paying separately for your web hosting allows you to remain in control of your site if you pause or cancel your subscription.

If using WordPress, we can recommend a hosting provider if you don’t already have one. We’ll touch base regarding your web hosting subscription payment when we’re all set to hand off your completed website. The costs can differ based on the size of your website and expected traffic, but we typically suggest budgeting around $20 to $50 per month.

Subscription plans

We understand that you might not always have a constant stream of design or development work. You might have just a handful of requests during a busy period. This is where our subscription pause feature becomes useful.

You have the flexibility to pause your subscription when your necessary tasks are complete and reactivate it when you need more help. No need to let your remaining subscription time go unused.

Our billing cycles are based on 31 days. For instance, if you subscribe and use our service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold, leaving you with 10 days of service that you can use at a later time.

Our service operates without any binding contracts, giving you the freedom to pause or cancel your subscription whenever you wish.

We’re here to be your stress-free, one-stop shop to handle everything your website needs. Depending on the plan you subscribe to, you can make requests such as:

  • New page or component design & development
  • Website content & design updates
  • Fixing website bugs
  • Adding blog posts
  • Integration setup
  • Broken link fixes
  • Site optimizations
  • A/B testing
  • And more!

All plans come with a monthly site performance report and we keep plugins updated without you needing to request it.

Our Conversion Optimization plan has a set of ongoing tasks that we will manage apart from any requests you have. This is part of the continual optimization process.

We can help with anything design related. This may include:

  • Logos & branding
  • Business cards & stationery
  • Pitch decks
  • Flyers & Brochures
  • Social media graphics
  • Trade show banners
  • Digital ads
  • 2D motion graphics
  • And more!

The only design work we do not cover is 3D modeling.

With the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeding $100,000 and developers going for above $150,000, plus benefits, for many companies, that’s simply out of the budget. Aside from that, if you don’t have enough work to keep them busy, you’re still stuck paying for time that isn’t getting utilized.

While freelancers are often a good choice, you have to spend hours of your time searching for and interviewing the right one(s). And who knows if they’ll ghost you mid-way through or if they’ll still be around for your next project! You’ll also have to deal with contract and a restriction on the scope of work and the number of revisions. If you need more work, it’s back to waiting on an estimate and signing a change order.

Or you can signup with us, and you’ll see work in 2 days.

After subscribing, you will receive a welcome email along with a link to access your project management area. Once you have access, you can begin adding all you task requests!

When you submit a task request, providing as much detail as possible leads to better outcomes and faster turnarounds. However, we understand that there may be times when you’re uncertain about your needs, and that’s fine. In those cases, we’ll work with you to identify the possible ways of completing the task to get the outcome you’re looking for.

It’s great to have multiple tasks in your queue so we can seamlessly move on to the next task when we finish a task not needing review. This helps ensure efficient use of time.

After subscribing, you gain the flexibility to add unlimited design or development requests to your queue, and we’ll handle them one at a time.

Think of it like hiring a full-time web designer or developer on a monthly salary. You can delegate all your tasks and projects, and they’ll tackle each one sequentially (because multitasking is a myth 😉).

Typically, most requests are wrapped up in just two days or less. However, more intricate requests might require a bit more time and you’ll be sent meaningful updates along the way.

We think of it like this:

A task is a straightforward piece of work that can be tackled within one work session or in a few days. For example, adding a new blog post or creating a pitch deck.

A project encompasses everything that demands careful planning and multiple stages, taking longer than a few days to complete. Think of projects like designing and building a new section of your site or undergoing a complete rebranding.

Because our work is super personalized, we don’t do refunds for the work we’ve done. But don’t worry, if something doesn’t quite hit the mark, we’re all about revising it until you’re completely happy.

We suggest booking a call and chatting with us before you jump in to make sure we’re the perfect match.
