We understand that you might not always have a constant stream of design work throughout the entire month. You might have just a handful of requests during a busy period. This is where our subscription pause feature becomes useful.

You have the flexibility to pause your subscription when your necessary tasks are complete and reactivate it when you have more design needs. No need to let your remaining subscription time go unused.

Our billing cycles are based on 31 days. For instance, if you subscribe and use our service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold, leaving you with 10 days of service that you can use at a later time.

Our service operates without any binding contracts, giving you the freedom to pause or cancel your subscription whenever you wish.

The only design work we do not cover is 3D modeling.

With the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeding $100,000, plus benefits, for many companies, that’s simply out of the budget. Aside from that, if you don’t have enough work to keep them busy, you’re still stuck paying for time that isn’t getting utilized.

While freelancers are often a good choice, you have to spend hours of your time searching for and interviewing the right one(s). And who knows if they’ll ghost you mid-way through or if they’ll still be around for your next project! You’ll also have to deal with contract and a restriction on the scope of work and the number of revisions. If you need more work, it’s back to waiting on an estimate and signing a change order.

After subscribing, you will receive a welcome email along with a link to access your project management area. Once you have access, you can begin adding all you task requests!

When you submit a task request, providing as much detail as possible leads to better outcomes and faster turnarounds. However, we understand that there may be times when you’re uncertain about your needs, and that’s fine. In those cases, we’ll work with you to identify the possible ways of completing the task to get the outcome you’re looking for.

After subscribing, you gain the flexibility to add unlimited design requests to your queue, and we’ll handle them one at a time.

Think of it like hiring a full-time designer on a monthly salary. You can delegate all your tasks and projects, and they’ll tackle each one sequentially (because multitasking is a myth 😉).

Typically, most requests are wrapped up in just two days or less. However, more intricate requests might require a bit more time and you’ll be sent meaningful updates along the way.

We think of it like this:

A task is a straightforward piece of work that can be tackled within one work session or in a few days. For example, creating a social graphic or a pitch deck.

A project encompasses everything that demands careful planning and multiple stages, taking longer than a few days to complete. Think of projects like undergoing a complete rebranding.

That’s not a problem! We’ll work to revise the design until you’re completely satisfied.

Because our work is super personalized, we don’t do refunds for the work we’ve done. But don’t worry, if something doesn’t quite hit the mark, we’re all about revising it until you’re completely happy.
